Fabrication in MS, SS, Aluminum, Copper, and Brass
Laser cutting is one of our core fabrication capabilities and the backbone of our sheet metal operations. We employ high-performance 3kW fiber laser machines capable of cutting sheets up to 16mm thick in MS, 8mm in SS, and 6mm in Aluminum, maintaining tight tolerances and clean edges.
At Formtechh Industries, we use a CNC press brake 160 Ton (3M), 100 Ton (2.5M) with 5-axis servo motor control to achieve complex bends with consistent accuracy. Our advanced Delem 58T controller and experienced operators ensure tight radii, multi-directional bends, and small leg lengths with perfect angular accuracy.
Welding defines the integrity of any fabricated product — and at Formtechh Industries, we treat it as both a science and an art. Our welding division is equipped for Laser, MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding operations, delivering consistent joints with smooth, durable finishes.
At Formtechh Industries, we perform mechanical, welded, and sub-assemblies for a range of products —industrial parts and electrical panels, etc. Our assembly bay is equipped with EOT cranes, slewing systems, and ergonomic setups, allowing seamless handling of both small and large components.
Our fabrication process concludes with deburring, buffing and powder coating, ensuring every component looks and performs flawlessly. We operate multiple ball burnishing machines, dryers, and manual buffing units to achieve the desired finish on various materials.
